History

Establishment of the Płock Steel Construction and Industrial Equipment Company for the needs of the Płock refinery under construction.
Construction period: 01.01.1963 r.

Completion of the construction of the new headquarters of the PPKSiUP company at ul. Targowa 12, an office building, production halls and storage yards of Zakład Produkcji Konstrukcji, workshops for the Equipment and Transport Base, and warehouses with a railway siding.
Construction period: 1970 r.

Implementation period: 01.01.1993 r.

Purchase of 50% of the assets of the Płock River Shipyard and establishment together with Centromor S.A. CENTROMOST company, from June 1998 to March 2011 expansion of the offer of Mostostal Płock S.A. steel vessels.
Implementation period: June 5, 1998 - March 2, 2011
Mostostal Płock S.A. debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, acquiring a Strategic Investor - Mostostal Warszawa S.A.
